Skills Desired:
- 10+ years documented government contract experience
- Skilled in working with federal, state, and local government contracts and a variety of contract vehicles
- Completed 100+ government contracts either as contractor or contracting official
- In-depth understanding of the federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and how they are used in government contracts
- Skilled in working closely with a wide variety of government agencies and officials
- Experience working with the Small Business Administration 8(a) program
- Able to solve contract-related issues by the use of your negotiating skills
- Familiar with responding to government business opportunities
- Solid background in business operations and strategy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiar with office productivity software including project management and cost estimating
